That’s why we created the Day One Postpartum Guide—a simple, expert-backed resource to help you recover, regain strength, and feel good in your body again.

Why I Created Healing Mommie

Hi Mommie,

I’m Dina, a proud mom and the creator of the Day One Postpartum Guide. I know firsthand how challenging the postpartum period can be—both physically and emotionally.

After giving birth to my daughter in Europe, I was fortunate to receive expert-backed postpartum care that truly prioritized my recovery. Unfortunately, I know many moms—especially in the U.S.—don’t have access to that kind of support.

That’s why I made it my mission to bring expert knowledge from European postpartum practitioners to moms everywhere. The guidance in this guide has already helped thousands of women heal, regain strength, and feel like themselves again. Now, I want to share it with you.
